Exercise Classes


Mondays - Ladies Boot Camp - 6pm - 50 mins

A take on conventional circuit training but with added motivation. A class for all fitness levels which is energetic but can be tailored to your own ability. You will work all major muscle groups and improve cardiovascular fitness. Don*t let the name put you off*it*s great fun. (Does not require co-ordination) Give it a go!
                                      
Tuesdays - Bum, Legs & Tums - 6pm - 50 mins   
This class does what it says on the timetable...works your Bum, Legs and Tum. A high/low intensity aerobic class followed by a section of lower body toning exercises and core/stomach floor work. You'll feel the difference...

All classes only £3.75 - (Non-Members welcome)
